We want you to love everything from Lula Cafe. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll help.
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
A valid order number / proof of purchase is required.
Food safety: For hygiene reasons, opened coffee bags or any product with a broken seal cannot be returned or refunded.
Opened or partially used coffee and other consumables
Gift cards and e-gift cards
Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkout
Personalized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
We’ll replace it or issue a full refund (including shipping) once verified—no need to return in many cases.
Email [support@lula-cafe.com] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
We’ll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, an RMA/return label.
Pack items securely in the original packaging. Use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If the return is due to change of mind / no longer wanted, the customer covers return shipping.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping or refund your shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (bank/issuer times vary).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To get a different item, please place a new order and return the original following the steps above. We’ll refund the original once it arrives.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund the item price minus the original shipping once it’s received back in good condition. Reshipping can be arranged at additional cost.
Duties/taxes paid at import are not refundable by Lula Cafe. Please consult your local customs office for any reclaim options.
